  16. Terms:        PERMANENT POSITIONS (Contractors may be considered)
  17.               Programmer with a minimum of three years industry 
  18.               experience is required. This individual will
  19.               implement key system components of a

  21.               Knowledge of C++ or object-oriented techniques
